In the spirit of negotiating a resolution to ongoing hostilities and establishing a platform for diplomatic engagement, Nipple Group hereby extends a formal request to initiate a member exchange between our respective parties.

We propose the following terms:

• Exchange of Personnel:

  • Nipple Group shall transfer membership of "Penisflytrap" to Blog Squad.
  • Blog Squad shall transfer membership of "Onionboy" to Nipple Group.

• Logistics:

  • The exchange shall take place at a mutually agreed neutral location.
  • Each party shall ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals involved prior to and during the transfer.

• Good Faith Measures:

  • Both parties agree to a temporary ceasefire during the exchange period.
  • Each party shall provide documentation verifying the health and condition of the exchanged individuals.

Member Exchange Contract

This Agreement is entered into by and between Nipple Group and Blog Squad (hereinafter referred to as "the Parties") as of [Insert Date].

1. Purpose: The purpose of this Agreement is to formalize the terms of the exchange of members known as "Penisflytrap" and "Onionboy" between the Parties.

2. Terms of Exchange:

• Nipple Group shall transfer membership of "Penisflytrap" to Blog Squad.
• Blog Squad shall transfer membership of "Onionboy" to Nipple Group.

3. Location and Time:

• The exchange shall occur at Ecole Secondaire Public De La Salle on March 20th, 2025 at 3:35pm as agreed upon by the Parties.

4. Conditions:

• Each Party shall ensure the safe and humane treatment of the exchanged individuals prior to and during the transfer.
• Each Party shall provide proof of life and health status prior to the exchange.

5. Ceasefire Agreement:

• A temporary ceasefire shall be observed for the duration of the exchange, beginning 3:35pm and concluding 3:50pm.

6. Breach of Agreement:

• In the event of a breach of this Agreement, the offending Party shall be held accountable through a mutually agreed arbitration process.

7. Signatures: By signing below, the Parties acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
